SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

In-Store Pickup

Curbside pickup is available for local orders in St. Thomas, USVIPickups are available select Saturday mornings 10:30am-11am . Pickup in the parking lot next to Caribbean Cinemas, on the right (across the street from the fruit stand). Correspondence via email or message on social media will confirm pickup date and time. No additional fee if pickup takes place during designated time; additional $5 if pickup occurs outside the scheduled period.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

An additional charge of $6.00 per quantity will be added to the $10.00 flat rate. Upon packaging and shipping The Conscious Cookie will provide tracking information. Cookies are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, and may take 5-7 business days, or more, depending on shipping location.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international shipping.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Orders are processed Mondays through Thursdays and are typically shipped on Fridays or Saturdays.

Local pick up orders in St. Thomas are picked up Saturday mornings, unless otherwise agreed upon between The Conscious Cookie and the customer.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

Customers whose orders are delayed via mail/shipping will be contacted and notified of the delay. Updates will be provided accordingly via email. If an order pickup is delayed, or an order is not picked up at the given location and/or time the customer will be contacted and pickup will be rescheduled.
